across the group. This keeps our team updated and in sync
with the changing environment.
Add “Fresh Blood” in terms of new talent to our
team from time to time has been found to be very effective
in upgrading our internal skills and compensating for loss
of any talent due to attrition, although our attrition rates
are far below the industry average.
